‘The Stratford Upon Avon & Midland Junction Railway’ (or S.M.J.) was a small independent railway company which ran a line across the empty, untouched centre of England. It visited the counties of Northamptonshire, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and a little of Buckinghamshire, only existing as the SMJ from 1909 to 1923. In 1923 the S.M.J.became a minor arm of the London Midland and Scottish (L.M.S.), then in 1948 'British Railways' 

Gone but not forgotten: "the damsel is not dead, but sleepeth"

I have changed to a new e-mail address, can the moderator advise myself & fellow members of the procedure to enable this to be undertaken.

The 'old' address is still valid for a short while

If you have changed your email address and so need to change the email you use to sign into the SMJ website follow these simple steps. 

  1. Go to the the SMJ website at www.smj.me
  2. Sign in with your old address and password
  3. Note the sign in panel top right of the SMJ website homepage
  4. Click the Settings option (to be found above the 'Quick Add' box
  5. Note, from the following page (which features your details) the option to change the email address you use to sign in with
  6. Make your changes and save the changes making note that when next you sign into the SMJ website youy will need to use this new address.
