Oops! A 4F has come to grief while leaving the turntable at the Stratford-upon-Avon and Midland Junction (later LMS) engine shed at Stratford Old Town during 1959. The shed had closed on 22 July 1957 and the main buildings were quickly demolished but the yard and turntable were used for a short time afterwards. The water tower seen in front of the locomotive was retained while the SMJ was was used for iron ore trains from Oxfordshire to South Wales.
