There was an EWJR rule book on eBay 3 or so years ago. I bid on it, but someone jumped in at the last minute, and I was in an area with very poor mobile phone reception (the centre of Cambridge: you'd really think that wouldn't have been a problem!) and missed re-bidding.<br />
<br />
Had I won, I would have scanned it in and made it available as a PDF, but I suspect it went to a collector who gets joy from having a rare copy and preventing others from seeing it.<br />
